To My Darling
How beautiful you are, my darling!
Oh how beautiful! (Song of Songs 4:1a)
Though I cannot see you now, I will see you then.
Your spirit is within me,
And I will always carry it.
All beautiful you are, my darling;
There is no flaw in you.
You are white as snow,
Washed and cleansed by our Almighty God.
You are like a garden of fountain,
A well of flowing water,
Streaming down from Lebanon. (Song of Songs 4:15)
I slept but my heart was awake,
Open to me, my sister, my darling,
My dove, my flawless one. (Song of Songs 5:2a)
You are a rose of Sharon,
A lily of the valleys.
Like a lily among thorns,
Is my darling among the maidens. (Song of Songs 1:2-2)
Your spirit is within me,
And I will always remember you,
Until that day comes when I see you face to face,
Goodbye for now my little sweetheart!

How beautiful, how sweet. Our Beloved has healed you and gave you a song in the night (Psalm 42:8,11), because you have put your hope in Him, and He has forgiven you and made you whole.
