PRAY FOR ME!
I have accepted a great assignment to counsel at First Choice Women's Resource Center located in Montclair, NJ. After having gone through an extensive training process, I will be starting in September 2006. If you can remember, please pray for me, as I am very nervous about this new job! Can you imagine? Me? Counseling someone? My job is going to be counseling women (mostly young) who are contemplating on whether to have an abortion or not! The center also does ultrasounds and tests for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). What I like about this place is that no one condemns you regardless of your decision! We are just there to love everyone who comes in and asks for help! I can't wait to start but I can use all the prayers I can get! So, I hope you think of me!"

I will pray.
I think you will be outstanding because you will sympathize and not condemn these girls. You know the fear and confusion they feel and will be able to talk to them in an authentic way.
Also, you know and have experienced the love of the Savior and can share that with them too.
I am so proud of you! Go girl go!
